missfrostOne day I am going to take a hammer to this computer. I had written loads of fine musings, but internet explorer decided they were too fine to share and crashed. I had also just been said hi to by an msn contact I haven't spoken to for ages, who now thinks I'm ignoring them, because by the time I rebooted they had gone.
So I now offer up an object lesson in Sami Salo spotting. It turns out that there is another, more famous Sami Salo, who oddly enough is an ice hockey player. More bizarrely, he plays for Ottawa Senators who I saw play in New York earlier this year, and he used to play for Jokerit, who I have also seen play, against Manchester. (Incidentally we have a subcontractor at work called Sami el-Salahi. It's good, but it's not right!)
So this is the frighteningly beautiful specimen that is 'our' Sami, whereas this is hockey playing Sami.
Take your pick ladeez.
So what shall I wear for Stay Beautiful? The red velvet dress or the Remote Control t-shirt? Ben and Janey will be there, which could be embarrassing, but I'm sure Janey would be thrilled that I was wearing it. Decisions decisions.
And today's vanity update - plucking your eyebrows when you have a black eye. Ahem.
