missfrostNasty bitches indeed. Certain staff have upset Mark by dragging him into office politics. So they were all crammed into Sam’s office denying everything and passing the buck and generally doing what they are good at. Which is petty bitching. They all kicked off at each other this morning but I had just gone to the kitchen and missed the main argument.
So Mark was upset at their pathetic attempts to pass the blame and bitch about him (because he is 19 and this is his first job), and I was summoned to Sam’s office to see if I could figure out what the hell we can do about the general atmosphere. Mark obviously wouldn’t name names and cite examples to Sam, but I damn well did. And what a lot of it boils down to is that they are jealous of the fact that Mark and I have what seems to be an easy life.
Well darlings, as Mark and I have just discussed, we have an easy life because we are damn good at our jobs, we are self motivated, we work together, we communicate, and we get on well.
Whereas you lot are crap at your jobs and hate each other.
