Dream 1:
I have just moved into a new place, but my stuff has not arrived yet. I need to sleep so I sleep on the bare floor in a t-shirt. I am absolutely freezing and at about 5am I find a towel to cover my feet with. A bit later I get up and realise that there's a huge double bed in the room, with a big quilt, so I crawl under that. I don't go back to sleep, but I spot two shelves above my bed that I think I could put the PC on. But one of them is cushioned so I'm not sure if the monitor will be stable. And then I realise that Carl is moving back in and won't want the PC there anyway.

Dream 2:
I am at Alexandra Palace. I am supposed to be officiating a game, but think I have got there late. I check with Nicola and she confirms it's already the end of the first period. I decide to stick with Nicola because I think she will be going to the off licence and I want some fags. She has a sign on her back that Darren has obviously stuck there, so I peel it off. It is from someone called Jim and it is a note to Darren about nipping out of the office.
We are looking out of the window and on the curve in the road there are police looking for something. Police cars keep going past with sirens. One of the policeman tries to fix his car and spreads out all his tools on a sheet. Someone else puts something on the sheet, and I wonder how he'll ever know which is which. Then his boss turns up and tells him to get on with what he was supposed to be doing.

There was a dream 3 but it's gone now!

All three dreams were last night and I was completely sober! I had three the previous night too. Hmm.
Carine says it's no wonder I am always knackered.

That first impressions thing is crap really isn't it? I rather like Kelly. I suppose it's easy to instantly assume someone won't be your 'type' and not make the effort to talk to them, but if you're forced together through work or flatsharing or something, people can be very different to your initial snap judgement. Russell too, when Sam first employed him I thought "Oh marvellous, a South African rugby playing meathead. There goes my nice job." Wrong wrong wrong. Russell has the most sarcastic dry sense of humour this side of, erm, me.
I am mostly right though!

I am being called upon to parle francais later this week. This is going to be much fun. I think it's going to be a bit "Je suis un rock star" but I can manage as long as I don't try too many complicated tenses.

This spring roll is getting grease all over my keyboard. Are they called spring rolls in London? I have no idea.

So vote now! Is my decision not to change from livejournal’s default colours
a: laziness?
b: because I like them?
c: a stubborn refusal to take anyone's advice but my own?
d: an inherent personality trait whereby I choose not to personalise my surroundings to avoid emotional attachment?

I’ve just realised that Jimmy Eat World’s Bleed American has been renamed Salt Sweat Sugar for it’s UK single release. Presumably 'in light of recent world events.' I suppose it’s intended to protect the sensitive ears of people who might never hear the song but would hear of it in a “Disgusted of Tunbridge Wells” manner.
